AutoASAP 2.5 extends HP's ASAP(Availability Statistics and Performance) monitoring capabilities. Together, HP ASAP and AutoASAP monitor the availability and performance of a whole network of HP NonStopT servers. ASAP software integrates both availability and performance information to form normalized availability vectors for monitored entities and associated properties. Information integration includes operational status, performance, and availability objectives for HP NonStop systems, subsystems, and customer or third party applications and transactions. Alerts are generated when Service Level Objectives for any ASAP or AutoASAP monitored component are not met(Ex. Refused Transactions > 10).
AutoASAP automatically adds all ASAP capabilities to existing Customer, HP and vendor applications, with NO application source code changes. AutoASAP is a non-intrusive product, requiring NO changes to the customer applications or communications subsystems being monitored. All Tandem TNS and NATIVE programming languages are supported by AutoASAP.
